Our story
The name says it: Sierra Leone, Zimbabwean training roots.
On site with our clientsSierraZim Training Academy brings together Sierra Leonean roots and the deep operator-training expertise Zimbabwe is known for across the mining and heavy-industry world. That combination is in our name — and in every programme we run.
We deliver defensive driving, heavy-vehicle, surface mobile equipment and agriculture operator training, plus pre-employment screening and consultancy. From light motor vehicles to mine-site equipment, learners progress from classroom theory to hands-on practical training, and are certified only once they have passed both.
Today we support some of the biggest names in the region and deliver across borders — in Mozambique and Côte d’Ivoire — proof that training done by experts travels.
